UK Standard Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery charges will be shown clearly at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during busy periods or public holidays.

Returns

We hope you love your Énara & Co jewellery. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, items must be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned jewellery must be unworn, unused and returned with its original packaging and any tags or protective packaging still intact, except where handling is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and checked. Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
