Products & pricing

We aim to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices are shown on the website and delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before checkout.

Orders & payment

Orders and payments are processed securely through Shopify and are subject to product availability.

If there is an error with a product, price or availability after you order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund where necessary.

Delivery

Available delivery options, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout or alongside the relevant product information.

Returns

You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it and return it within the following 14 days.

Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
